Effective and affordable counseling.

It all started with a question, “What would it look like for the Church to provide great counseling in our region at an affordable cost?”

About Reach Counseling Center

Counseling has become an even more valuable resource in the wake of what is understood to be a “mental health pandemic.” However, it is often expensive and hard to access.

As we began to consider our desire to serve our community through gospel centered, clinically-oriented mental health services, we connected with Westminster Counseling, a ten year ministry of Westminster Chapel. At that time, they were experiencing some transition and it became clear we should partner together to carry on and expand the current counseling center.

From that point, things happened more rapidly than we anticipated (largely due to the generosity of donors who caught this vision), and nine months later the Reach Counseling Center launched with an excellent team of supervisors and counselors!

Where is the Counseling Center located?

The Center is located inside Westminster Chapel in Bellevue, on the second floor.

What type of counseling does RCC offer?

Our counselors strive to provide the best holistic care possible, pointing to the power of Christ to restore and heal. We believe that people are made in God’s image, and as such, the full dimension of one’s person—body, mind, heart, and soul—must be addressed in counseling. Regardless of your faith tradition, our hope is to come alongside you to facilitate transformation, alleviate presenting symptoms and suffering, and increase your capacity for a more congruent and meaningful engagement with life. Our counselors operate through a gospel-centered, Biblical perspective and use a range of therapeutic methods informed by brain science, psychology, body work, and trauma research.
